Mel Lorenzo Accad is a consultant at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) working on the regional ICP for Asia and the Pacific. Previously, Mel Lorenzo worked on public finance economic research projects as an independent consultant for ADB, as well as the Philippine country offices of UNDP and World Bank. He is currently in the Ph.D. economics program at the University of Hawaii and holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in economics from the University of the Philippines.
