Melania Lotti joined the Infrastructure, PPPs and Guarantees Team in April 2017, supporting with analytical work and policy advice for the East Asia and Pacific region. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked across Singapore, Cambodia and India carrying out research and project coordination for the PPP Initiative Ltd, the Institute of Water Policy, and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Madras). Melania has also worked for the European Commission in Belgium and the Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group in Italy. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a specialization in Economic Analysis, and a BA degree (with honors) from the University of Florence’s School of Political Science. In her free time, Melania likes drawing cartoons, hiking and kayaking.
