Melanie Graeser is an Economist Consultant in the Finance, Competitiveness & Innovation Global Practice at the World Bank Group. Her work focuses on Investment Policy and Promotion, particularly in the Western Balkans Six region. She is also a PhD candidate in Economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Prior to the WBG, Melanie worked in the Liberian Ministry of Health as a Health Economist. She holds an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford and an MA in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
