Melat Assefa is an infrastructure and planning consultant at the World Bank’s Poverty and Equity Global Practice. She has worked on World Bank project operations and supported the infrastructure development of the statistical offices in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Ethiopia and Rwanda. Melat is passionate about modernizing infrastructure to create more efficient and productive institutions.
