Mercy Musya is a research associate at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. She was part of the team that led Busara's initial research on peer-to-peer lending platforms in Kenya. She has also led advisory research on decision-making in the agricultural sector around product uptake. The Busara Center advances and applies behavioral science in pursuit of poverty alleviation.
