Mesfin is a Senior Transport Specialist with extensive experience in transport sector dialogue, policy analysis, institutional reform, technical design, and project management in highways and rural roads. He has worked in India, Afghanistan and Eastern Africa . Prior to joining the World Bank Group he was Division Manager for Design and Procurement in Ethiopian Roads Authority. He is a Civil Engineer and has a Masters in Construction Management from Loughborough University, UK.
