Metin Nebiler is a senior economist working for the Europe and Central Asia of the Poverty and Equity Practice of the World Bank. He has experience working with governments and development partners on poverty, inequality and human development issues in a variety of countries in Europe and Central Asia region. His work focuses on poverty and inequality analysis, economic mobility, the impact of shocks on household welfare, and labor economics. Metin holds a PHD degree in economics from European University Institute (Florence, Italy).
