Mike is a multilingual Water Supply and Sanitation Consultant with the Water Global Practice. He has over 14 years of diverse experience in water and sanitation, water resources management, public health, stormwater management, and disaster risk reduction. Prior to joining the Bank, Mike lived in rural and urban communities of Chad, Kenya, Mali, the Philippines, and Zambia for over four years working with Médecins Sans Frontières, Millennium Challenge Corporation, and the US Peace Corps. He is a licensed professional engineer and holds an MPA in international development from Princeton University and a BS in civil engineering from Syracuse University.
