Ms. Halpern is a temporary Short-Term Consultant in the Governance Global practice group. She works mainly in the European and Central Asia region focusing on justice reform issues. Ms. Halpern recently received her LLB Honours from the University of Edinburgh and is currently at the Georgetown University Law Center where she will earn a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies May 2015.
