Dr. Michel Tchotsoua is a Full Professor of Geography and Geomatics at the University of Ngaoundéré in Cameroun. He is the Head of the Geomatics Laboratory and Team Manager for the e-learning Professional Master’s degree program. Dr. Tchotsoua is also a member of the Cameroon Academy of Sciences, President of the Association for Mapping, Planning and Resource Management (AMPRM), and the Coordinator of an online Scientific Journal. He has authored or co-authored 6 books, 8 book chapters and 60 scientific articles, focused primarily on development and land management in Africa.
