Michelle Davis is a consultant in programmes, monitoring, and evaluation with Better Work, a partnership between the International Labour Organization and the International Finance Corporation that looks to improve working conditions and competitiveness in the global garment sector. Before Better Work, Michelle implemented programs at the grassroots level in Latin America for over six years before transitioning towards larger research centers and the UN and World Bank systems, where she has contributed to research, program development and management, and monitoring & evaluation on topics related to gender, decent work, youth transitions, and soft-skills. Michelle holds a bachelor degree in International Relations from American University and a Master of International Education Policy from University of Melbourne, Australia.
