Michelle Winglee is a Climate Change Analyst with the World Bank Group South Asia Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management team. Previously, she worked with the Climate Change Group and provided cross-support to operations in Ethiopia with the Africa Environment unit. During her time at the Bank, she has helped write analytical pieces on integrating climate and development into country engagement strategies, a new Resilience Rating System, risk stress testing, sectoral guidance notes on managing climate and disaster risk, and climate finance. Michelle received a master’s degree in environmental science from the Yale School of the Environment and an undergraduate degree in Economics and International Relations from Cornell University.
