Miglena Abels is a Social Protection Specialist in the World Bank Social Protection and Labor Global Unit. Her work has focused on providing analytical and policy support to client countries with respect to achieving pension system fiscal and social sustainability. Her experience in assessing the performance of pension programs spans across all regions and income levels, including experience with building public sector pension programs in Fragile, Conflict and Violent Countries.
