Miguel is a consultant at the South Asia Chief Economist Office. He works as a macroeconomic research assistant, focusing on monetary and fiscal policies and long-term growth strategies in the South Asia Region. Previously, Miguel worked as a macroeconomic analyst at Fedesarrollo, an economic policy think-tank based in Bogotá, Colombia. He holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University, and bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia.
