Mila Malavoloneque is a trade lawyer and economist, working on private sector development (ETC) with Eastern/Southern Africa in the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice. She works on improving the enabling business environment for Africans firms which includes, the reduction of trade barriers for cross-border trade across main economic corridors. Prior to joining the World Bank her professional passage included the World Trade Organization and the Angolan Private Sector.
