Millie works as a par-time senior manager at UNDP Montenegro in charge of Economy and Environment program, where she oversees programs focused on low emissions economy (energy efficiency and renewable energy) and increasing resilience of communities and ecosystems (disaster risk reduction, management of natural resources, private sector in protected areas). She is engaged par-time as a knowledge and innovation specialist at UNDP Regional Center for Europe and CIS, where she is experimenting with using alternative methods for policy making, project management and research including the use of big data and challenges in development, and application of complexity theory to development. She is a regular on Twitter and contributes to the UNDP Voices from Eurasia blog.
