Mirko Serkovic is a Natural Resource Management Specialist in the Environment, Natural Resources and Blue Economy Global Practice. He leads operations in West Africa focusing on land and forest management, river restoration, and climate change. He has also worked on carbon finance with the Climate Change Group. Mirko completed his undergraduate and master’s dual-degree in Environmental Management from Yale University. He is originally from Peru and previously worked with Peru’s Ministry of Environment in the negotiation of the Paris Agreement on climate change and the operationalization of the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
