Mirko Vintar is a Consultant in the World Bank’s Poverty and Equity Global Practice. He currently works on monitoring the impact of inflationary and climate shocks on vulnerable populations in Kenya, in particular refugees. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked with researchers at the University of Oxford to understand the impact of food ration reductions on health, employment, and welfare of refugees in Uganda. Mirko holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Oxford.
