Mohammad Saied Dehghani is a management consultant specializing in disaster risk and infrastructure asset management. With over 15 years of academic and industrial experience in both the private and public sectors, he has managed and supported various projects related to urban resilience, DRM, and asset management in the USA, LAC, Africa, and the ECA region. Additionally, he has advised World Bank projects on adopting strategies that reduce GHG emissions. He holds a Ph.D. in infrastructure management and an MSc in systems engineering, both from Virginia Tech and an MSc in transportation engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
