Molly Elgin-Cossart is Senior Fellow for Global Development at New York University's Center on International Cooperation, where she leads CIC's post-2015 development agenda work, and is involved in the Center’s broader work on partnerships for development, fragile states, and political settlements. She was previously Chief of Staff to the UN Secretary-General’s High-level Panel on the Post-2015 Development Agenda.
