Moritz Schwalm is a World Bank consultant working on maritime transport, the shipping sector’s energy transition, and port reform. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked with the United Nations Development Programme on climate and biodiversity finance issues in China. He holds master’s degrees from Sciences Po Paris and Peking University.
