Morten Larsen is a Mining Specialist in the World Bank’s Energy and Extractive Industries Global Practice Group. Morten is leading the Bank’s technical assistance support to the extractive industries in Mauritania, Senegal, Myanmar and Lao PDR. Morten has spent most of his career in West Africa and South East Asia in the fields of legal and institutional strengthening and local economic development.
