Mostafa Amir Sabbih is a Social Protection Specialist based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Prior to joining the World Bank, he carried out research for several national and international organizations like Centre for Policy Dialogue, Oxfam and Mott MacDonald.
He has published a number of books, journal articles, book chapters, working papers and policy notes in the areas of public finance, sustainable development goals, social protection, education financing, service delivery at the local level, inclusive growth and data eco-system.
He holds degrees in Development Policy from KDI School of Public Policy and Management and Development Studies from University of Dhaka.
