Mouhamadou Moustapha Lo is a Senior Education Specialist based in Cameroun. He currently is the Education GP Global Lead on School Health and Feeding. He also served four years as the Bank In-house M&E for the Africa Center of Excellence Program in High Education. Prior to joining the Bank in December 2013, he worked as Education Economist and Researcher Assistant in the Consortium pour la Recherche Économique et Sociale (CRES) in Senegal where he led the preparation of numerous analytical works. He also served from 2010 to 2012 as a Teacher-Researcher at the University of Thies, Senegal specialized on Microeconomy, Impact Evaluation and Economic of education. He has authored research and policy papers, books as well as publications in refereed journals and holds a PhD Development Education Economist.
