Moulaye Ibrahim Bamba is currently a consultant in the World Bank’s Global Practice for Macroeconomics, Trade and Investment (MTI). Before that he was a World Bank Group Africa Fellow working on fiscal policy and macroeconomic framework assessments of West African countries (2019/2020). Moulaye holds a Ph.D in Macroeconomics at CERDI in Clermont Auvergne University (Clermont-Ferrand, France). His academic research focuses on fiscal policy and development financing, public spending management (efficiency) as well as international trade and development.
