Muhammad Bilal Paracha is a Transport Specialist with the South Asia unit of the World Bank, currently based in Islamabad. There, he works on topics of rural and urban transport, logistics, and electric mobility. Before joining the World Bank, he worked for the Asian Development Bank. He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and a Master’s Degree in Infrastructure Planning from the University of Stuttgart.
