Mumba Ngulube is consultant in the World Bank’s Infrastructure Chief Economists Office under the Infrastructure Vice Presidency. She holds an MA in Economics from the University of Manchester and a PhD in Economics from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom. Her doctoral research focused on investigating the economic impacts of upgrading road corridors in Zambia. She has led seminars at the University of Kent, Canterbury Campus and prior to that she worked in the private and public sector in Zambia.
