Muqiao (Chloe) Zhang in an Operations Analyst at the World Bank Group. She joined the World Bank Group in February 2017. She currently works on the Paying Taxes indicator after being part of the Doing Business team. Prior to that, Ms. Zhang worked with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, in the DC office. She also has consulting experience with Climate Finance Advisors, engaging in climate and financial risk analysis for the South Asia region. She holds a Master of Finance degree from the University of Maryland.
