Muriisa Bashaija Christian is a Public Health Disaster Manager who focuses on the behavioral sciences and its influence on public health. With a background in Social Work, Muriisa worked in community development and further worked in Public Health management like WASH in emergency settings. He has worked in a number of refugee settlements in Uganda with institutions like the Uganda RedCross and the School of Public Health Mulago. He has also participated in a number of Health Programs with the Ministry of Health in Uganda. Muriisa holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and Social Administration and a Masters in Public Health Disaster management.
