Mustafa Dinc is a Senior Economist/Statistician at the World Bank in Washington, DC, in DECDG where he leads the system-wide Statistical Capacity Building Team. Previously, Mustafa has worked as the Task Team Leader for many statistical capacity improvement projects in different countries. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University, USA.
