Mustapha Rouis, currently a Consultant, has worked at the World Bank in different professional and managerial capacities across various regions for over 35 years. His work and publications covered different aspects of economic development, including growth, structural reform, exchange rate, public sector management and trade. Among his recent publications are: “Regional Economic Integration in the Middle East and North Africa: Beyond Trade Reform” (2012); and “Arab Development Assistance: Four Decades of Cooperation” (2010). He holds a diploma from ENSAE (École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique, Paris), a master’s degree from Sorbonne (Paris I) and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tunis.
