Tenin Fatimata Dicko (Fatima) is a Senior Financial Sector Specialist in the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice. She is the team lead of the Burkina Faso Financial Inclusion Support Project.  She also helps countries in their efforts to strengthen their financial resilience to climate and disasters risks in Africa, Caribbean and South Asia. She started her career at the Bank in 2016 as a Young professional. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked on corporate and cooperative banks social responsibility and performance in Montreal and later worked as a Senior Program Officer of a joint program of the World Food Program (WFP) and Oxfam providing a package of financial products (index insurance, credit and savings) to build smallholders farmers resilience to climate shocks in West Africa. She holds an MBA from the University of Quebec, Montreal and bachelor’s degree in finance from HEC Montreal.
