Nabil Samir, is a Transport Specialist with the MENA Transport unit at the World Bank. Nabil is based in the World Bank Morocco Country Office. He joined the Bank in 2013 and has been leading and contributing to wide range of urban and interurban transport activities and projects, including in urban transport, roads, and railways, among other subsectors. He has worked on Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Djibouti, and Afghanistan, among other countries.
