Ms. Nada Amin has an extensive and diverse background in environment, communications, and development, with over 20 years of experience in senior roles at international organizations. Her current role as a Senior Partnerships Consultant with the Development Data Group focuses on building strategic partnerships to transform data into decisions that improve lives and drive impactful programs for economic empowerment, sustainability, and climate action. As an environmental consultant, Ms. Amin has provided technical and operational support for the Sudan Sustainable Natural Resources Management Project (SSNRMP) and has contributed as a key author to studies on the One Health perspective and the integration of nature-based solutions in Sudan's environment portfolio. Her previous roles included serving as the World Bank Communications Specialist for seven years and the Communications Manager for UNDP Sudan for two years. She also spent three years as an Associate with the American Red Cross (HQ), Washington, DC, working in natural disasters relief response. Her areas of interest include climate adaptation and resilience, data and research, natural resources management, and green growth. She has two master's degrees in communications/journalism and public affairs from the American University, Washington, DC, and in environmental science from IHE Delft Institute, The Netherlands. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Sudan.
