Nadeem Rizwan is a Consultant to the World Bank Group’s Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice (South Asia), based in Washington DC. He also worked in the Macroeconomics and Fiscal Management Global Practice, based in Bangladesh. Prior to joining the Bank in 2009, Nadeem worked on agricultural value chains and market systems at a donor-funded project in Bangladesh. A development practitioner with more than 9 years of experience, Nadeem is interested in issues related to trade, migration and remittances, human development and the private sector. He holds a Master in Economics from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
