As President of Visa Foundation, she leads all investment and grant efforts in support of Visa Foundation’s mission to empower micro and small businesses around the world. In addition, Najada oversees all of Visa Foundation's activities addressing broader community needs and humanitarian assistance response.
Najada holds a BA in Economics from Macalester College. Originally from Albania, Najada has lived and worked across emerging markets and the U.S.
