As an Infrastructure Specialist for the QII Partnership, Nao leads grant origination, pipeline development, and portfolio management in the areas of urban, water, and governance, in addition to supporting the QII Program Manager with partnership engagement and coordination, particularly with the government of Japan. His work also involves the development and dissemination of knowledge products about relevant and emerging themes of QII.
Previously, he served as a Reporting Liaison Officer at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) Operational Hub in Amman, Jordan. Nao has a BA in economics from Brigham Young University and a master's in development studies from the International Institute of Social Studies of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
