Nargis Podchoeva is an Operational Officer at Creating Market Advisory of IFC. She has over 15 years of experience with banking and micro-finance organizations in various countries, including Haiti, Afghanistan, Kosovo, and the USA. In her current capacity, she is leading the work of digital financial services policy development in Central Asia. Nargis also is leading sector mobilization and supporting the private sector with new product development to foster the financial inclusion of the population into the formal financial systems. Nargis, a Tajik national, is an alumna of the Center of Executive Education in Technology Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
