Nasim Novin works with the Gender Secretariat at IFC. In this role, she leads IFC's work on women's employment and WINvest, a partnership initiative with the private sector aimed at promoting employment opportunities for women while improving business performance. Novin previously worked with several non-governmental organizations including the Education for Employment Foundation, where she supported the delivery of tailored job training programs for unemployed youth in the Middle East. She holds a master's degree in international development from Georgetown's School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in international studies from the University of California, San Diego.
