Nathalie Lahire is a Human Development Program Leader in the Cameroon CMU covering Cameroon, Central African Republic, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, and Republic of Congo. She previously worked in the Middle East and Northern Africa Region, coordinating the education programs in Lebanon and Iraq, while based in Beirut. Prior to this, she worked in the Human Development Department in the South Asia and Africa Regions of the World Bank. She has led operations in education and skills development in Afghanistan, the Gambia, Guinea, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Mali, Montenegro, and Senegal. Her analytical work has focused on education, public finance, and youth employment.
