Nathaniel Kwabo is a Data Project and Change Management Lead with the Ghana Revenue Authority’s Data Mining & Analytics Team. He leads and supports data-driven initiatives aimed at strengthening tax compliance, enhancing audit effectiveness, and driving organizational adoption of digital and analytics solutions. His work focuses on adapting to data, managing change, and embedding a sustainable data culture across the Authority.
He has been instrumental in delivering key initiatives including risk-based audit selection systems, data literacy programmes like the first-ever Data Symposium within GRA, and innovative platforms such as Taxpayer 360 amongst others. His experience spans data strategy, governance, project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and the practical application of analytics and emerging technologies in public-sector governance.
Nathaniel holds a degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast and has completed multiple certifications and professional trainings in Data Analytics.
