Ndeye Awa Diagne is a Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist at the World Bank. She has worked on a number of water supply, sanitation, and hygiene related investment projects in Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean as well as multiple analytical and advisory services. She is a team member of the Bank’s global Citywide Inclusive Sanitation initiative and coordinates the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Community of Practice. She is an Environmental Engineer by training and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Water Quality Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
