Ndèye Seynabou Diouf is Gender Women Empowerment Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist in charge of supporting M&E activities with clients of the Sahel Women's Empowerment and Demographic Dividend World Bank (SWEDD)projects. She is carrying out M&E system audits and reviews. Seynabou is providing/facilitating need-based technical assistance to further enhance the SWEDD’s M&E systems. She is an agricultural engineer with a PhD in economics with longstanding experience in monitoring and evaluation. She has worked in various areas such as reproductive health care for women and young people, prevention of gender-based violence, female genital mutilation, and the issue of child marriage
