Neeraj Gupta is a Principal Investment Officer with the PPP Transaction Advisory Services unit of IFC based in New Delhi, India. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in private sector participation in infrastructure. This includes experience on upstream enabling policy & regulatory framework as well as transaction specific experience.
His experience has been primarily in the field of urban sector including water supply and sewerage, municipal finances, solid waste management, energy efficiency, and distributed solar. He is the global lead for Cities in the PPP team and the PPP co-Lead for the urban sector for Asia-Pacific. He has worked in leading management consulting organizations including PwC before joining the World Bank Group.
