Newton Muchiti Mayula is Kenya’s delegate to the World Bank Youth Summit (2022). He is a Sociologist who has worked both in private and public sector in various capacities. He has worked with USAID-PATH Kenya as a program officer who participated in formation and implementation of Community Health Strategy Program in Western part of Kenya in collaboration with the Ministry of Health-Kenya. Newton is currently working with the County Government of Kakamega as an administrative officer, coordinating all County Government devolved functions and programs within the Sub- County of Lurambi one of the devolved sub-counties of Kakamega County. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Maseno University- Kenya and a Higher Diploma in Community Health and HIV/AIDS Management from Kenya Institute of Professional Counseling, Kisumu, Kenya.
