Nistha Sinha is a Senior Economist in the Poverty and Equity Global Practice of the World Bank, focusing on the topics of poverty, inequality, labor markets in low income countries, and gender equality. She earned a Masters in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, and a Ph.D. in Economics from University of Washington, Seattle. Prior to joining the Bank, Nistha was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Yale University’s Economic Growth Center.
