Noel Chisaka is a physician trained in public health, applied field epidemiology, epidemiology of infectious diseases, and programme management. He has over 25 years’ experience in public health management and policy, disease control programming, health system strengthening, international health development, design, and implementation of operational research for policy development. He has extensive experience working with malaria programmes and formerly a Senior Health Specialist in the Malaria Implementation Resource Team (MIRT), flagship Bank program on malaria between 2005 to 2016.
