Noemi Caiazzo is a Learning Analyst with the World Bank Group’s Institute for Economic Development, where she supports learning communities across 194 countries. Her work focuses on instructional design, management of the Institute’s learning management system, development of targeted dissemination campaigns, and the curation of innovative knowledge products that aim to make learning more engaging, accessible, and impactful.
Her interests center on strengthening how global audiences access and use learning resources, with a particular focus on leveraging digital platforms and design approaches to expand reach and effectiveness. She is committed to improving the way knowledge is shared across diverse contexts and to ensuring that learning opportunities open doors for people everywhere.
Before joining the World Bank Group in February 2025, Noemi gained experience in project and event management, training delivery, strategic communication, and knowledge sharing in international settings. She brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by work across sectors and cultures.
Noemi holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Cultures, and a master’s degree in International Relations for the Digital Era, where she specialized in AI applications, big data, and cybersecurity. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, and is currently studying Korean and Japanese to broaden her linguistic and cultural understanding.
