Nora McGann is an Operations Analyst in the Governance Global Practice – Middle East and North Africa region and is currently based in the World Bank Office in Washington, DC. She works on strengthening public procurement systems, including expanding green public procurement, lowering barriers to entry for small and medium enterprises, and facilitating access to public procurement for female entrepreneurs. Nora holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from Georgetown University.
