Noroarisoa Rabefaniraka is a Senior Transport Specialist to the Transport and Digital Data Global Practice at the World Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, she has served as Director of Air Transport at the Civil Aviation Authority of Madagascar, and hold various positions within the national air carrier. She basically worked on aviation related projects and other transport modes. She has been involved in climate resilient infrastructure since several years, and recently dealt with mitigation measures. Ms. Rabefaniraka holds an M.B.A. in Aviation from Concordia University (Canada) and Masters in Business Law from the Faculté de Droit in Aix-en-Provence (France).
